Stars are shouting to us

night sky

Some people ask, "Well if God exists why doesn't He show Himself to us?"

In Psalm chapter 19 verses 1 to 4 in the Bible we read, "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world."

Next time you are outside in the evening take a moment to look up to the sky and consider how vast and amazing our Milky Way Galaxy is with its millions of stars. Take time to reflect on this. Did the universe create itself or are the stars shouting out to us that God exists and He is bigger and greater than we can ever imagine?

It is an important question to ask because Romans chapter 1 verse 20 says, "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities – his eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse."

The beauty of the night sky is God revealing Himself to us so that we can never say to Him one day "I had no idea You even existed". Turn to Him today because He cares for you and wants you to know Him personally.
